We humans have a natural desire to embrace the sun and feel its warmth on our skin. The sun is vitally important to all life on our planet. In fact, studies have shown that UV exposure nearly doubles many of the beneficial effects of exercise. Moderate tanning is the best way to maximize the potential benefits of sun exposure while minimizing the potential risks of either too much or too little exposure.
