don't forget your back
Getting lotion on your back can be tricky. Try putting the lotion on the back of your hands and reaching around from below to get the middle of your back. You can catch the upper back by reaching over your shoulders. Although this can be a hassle, don't forego it too often, as your color may begin to differ from back to front.

apply liberally
Use all of the lotion in the packet. Double up on dry areas if there is any left.

use lotion on your face
The delicate skin of your face really needs moisture.
If you find that your facial skin is too sensitive for some of our lotions (especially number 5, with the tingle) you might try a specialized, hypo-allergenic facial lotion.
